Grah Automotive, like all other companies, aims to digitalize and optimize its processes, said Goran Tomović, General Director of Grah Automotive.
Our digitalization journey began in 2014 with the introduction of the Trace Solutions software.
Over the past ten years, we have optimized our warehouse processes by implementing Trace WMS solutions, which have reduced warehouse management time.
We then moved on to production processes and implemented Trace MES there, and among other things, we also supported the MSL standard.
In addition, with Trace Attendance and Trace Access, we track employee attendance and record their working hours for individual work operations.
We continued with the digitalization of maintenance processes using Trace Maintenance and with quality management through Trace Quality, where we track downtimes, analyze the causes and types of stoppages, and measure the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) indicator through Trace.
By using the Trace Solutions software, we have achieved greater efficiency and accuracy in our operations and minimized the possibility of human error.
The number of operators required in production has also been significantly reduced.
We have recognized the Trace Solutions software as an excellent tool that not only supports our work but also guides us toward further developing Lean manufacturing principles within the framework of Industry 4.0.
In addition, I would like to emphasize that with Trace software we have achieved systematic tracking of materials from the inbound warehouse to the finished products.
In this way, we have fully met the strict requirements of the automotive industry regarding process traceability and fulfilled the needs of active processing within the customs procedure.
